DR. Kathleen obrien, MD, MPH, IFMCP

Physician and Owner

In 2018, Dr. Katie became a Certified Practitioner in Functional Medicine (IFMCP) through the Institute for Functional Medicine. She has since completed advanced clinical nutrition training with Kara Fitzgerald ND and Cheryl Burdette ND, both highly respected leaders in Functional Medicine and Naturopathy. Dr. Katie has also completed extensive training in Menopause Hormone Therapy through the Hormonal Health Institute, Origins Incubator, Kalish Institute, and Rachel Rubin MD, and holds certification from The Menopause Society.

Dr. Katie deeply believes in women’s innate wisdom and capacity to heal. She sees herself as a bridge between conventional and integrative medicine, acting as an ally, guide, and interpreter for women ready to dramatically improve their health.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Katie enjoys rock climbing, bodybuilding, skiing, fly fishing, mountain biking, rejuvenating in the Sonoran Desert and spending time with her son, partner and dog.

With over 16 years of experience in healthcare, Holli Miller FNP-C, brings a diverse and deeply rooted clinical background to her current focus on women’s hormone health.

After years of witnessing — and personally experiencing — the gaps in conventional care for women in midlife, she became passionate about creating a more supportive, evidence-based, and empowering approach to female hormone replacement therapy. She is committed to helping women navigate the complexities of perimenopause and menopause with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

Her approach is rooted in both science and empathy, ensuring women feel seen, heard, and supported at every stage of life.

I enjoy working with my clients and their care team to create a client-centered wellness vision. Together, we establish action steps specifically designed for their lifestyle to achieve their optimal self.

My goal as a Functional Medicine Health Coach is to provide knowledge and support to create and maintain healthy behaviors resulting in the client’s best health and happiness.

Currently, I live in Bend, Oregon with my husband, son, daughter and Australian Shepherd. When not working with clients, you can find me with my family and friends outside adventuring. My favorite outdoor activities include rock climbing, hiking, skiing and SUPing.

Anne is a dedicated health and fitness coach, passionate about women's wellness, especially during perimenopause and postmenopause. Born and raised in Northern Nevada, her competitive spirit took root early through equestrian riding. Her journey into fitness gained momentum during her teenage years, where she fell in love with resistance training and healthy eating. In her mid-40s, Anne began competing in fitness competitions with the help of her coach Jami DeBarnard of Fitbody Fusion culminating in her earning her IFBB Pro Card at the age of 50. Shortly after, she joined FitBody Fusion on the coaching side, bringing her experience and expertise to help hundreds of other women achieve their fitness goals!

As an active athlete in her 50s, Anne understands the unique challenges that come with aging and is committed to helping women navigate them with strength and confidence. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes the importance of balanced nutrition, sustainable fitness routines, and mindset shifts to support long-term health and vitality. Anne's personal experience, combined with her professional knowledge, allows her to empower women to feel their best at every stage of life.
